Refund Policy

LockIn is operated by locking in now. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which also handles refunds on our behalf.

3-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with LockIn, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your original purchase date. For recurring subscriptions, refunds for renewals may be considered case-by-case if requested promptly after the renewal charge.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and request a refund, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle.
  3. Alternatively, email us at support@lockin.app and we will assist you.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days and are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

What is eligible

  • Initial subscription purchases requested within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • Charges made in error (e.g. duplicate charges) — please contact us so we can resolve them.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
