LockIn is operated by Zigmas Reisas. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which also handles refunds on our behalf.

0-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 0-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with LockIn, you can request a full refund within 0 days of your original purchase date. For recurring subscriptions, refunds for renewals may be considered case-by-case if requested promptly after the renewal charge.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and request a refund, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle.
  3. Alternatively, email us at support@lockin.app and we will assist you.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days and are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
